Biography
B.A., Philosophy, Public Policy, and a minor in Comparative Literature; University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Tara is a first-year M.A. student in UW's Cinema & Media Studies program. Her background is in philosophy (with special interests in classical and feminist philosophies); she focused her undergraduate studies on the ways philosophical ideas are brought to the mainstream via the arts. At UW, she aims to explore film-philosophy, especially as it interacts with art history and media archaeology.
