Doctoral student Ellen Chang started her new role as first director of the new Arts and Culture Program at University of Washington Taiwan Studies Program this autumn. The program will offer a variety of public events for local, regional, and national audiences. The annoucement and additional information about the Program are available on the UW-TSP website.
