The Department of Comparative LIterature is co-sponsoring a poetry reading/discussion with Nathalie Handal. Poetry Reading will be followed by discussion of her latest book, Poet in Andalucia.
Nathalie Handal was raised in Latin America, France and the Arab world.
Described as "a Renaissance figure," she is the author of award-winning books of poetry and plays. She teaches at Colombia University and writes the literary travel column "The City and the Writer" for Words without
Borders.
