Explore the world of the Hindu Goddess
Some of the questions we will explore:
What are the many manifestations of the Goddess?
What are her major festivals and how is she celebrated and worshiped?
How does she function as a role model for Hindu women?
How does she pervade high-brow literary as well as popular culture?
and much more…
Keep a Goddess Journal, co-lead one class discussion,
and work on a final presentation to be written up as a paper or short essay.
