This course pursues multiple histories of the internet by examining nine monographs which take different perspectives on the communication and cultural network known as the internet. Our focus will be on the different methodologies in play, the different priorities and choices of these historians,  and the different trajectories of their projects.

Catalog Description:
Assessment of processes through which film and/or media histories are constructed. Incorporates methodologies for retrieving and analyzing primary materials relevant to course subject matter. Content varies. Offered: AWSp.
